Terms & Conditions – ROUND 2 BE THERE EARLY

1. General

  1. Information on how to enter and on the prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not enter.
  2. If under 18 years of age, express permission of a parent or guardian is required before entering this competition and such parent or guardian agrees to these terms and conditions for and on behalf of the minor.
  3. The Promoter is Indian Pacific Limited (ABN 31 009 178 894) trading as West Coast Eagles Football Club of Mineral Resources Park, 42 Bishopsgate Street, Lathlain WA 6100 (Promoter or West Coast Eagles).

2. Entry

  1. The competition commences at 1.15pm AWST on Sunday 22 March 2026 and closes at 2.30pm AWST on Sunday 22 March 2026 (Promotion Period).
  2. During the Promotion Period, West Coast Eagles 2026 Members who:
    1. reside in Western Australia;
    2. hold and maintain an eligible 2026 West Coast Eagles AFL Mens Membership; and
    3. use their 2026 West Coast Eagles membership to scan in to the Round 2 match vs North Melbourne at Optus Stadium (Match)
    (Eligible Entrant) will automatically be entered into the competition.
  3. Failure to comply with the requirements in clause 2.2 will automatically render an entry invalid.
  4. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

  5. Terms & Conditions – Game of Chance

    1. General
    Instructions, prizes and information on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry. By entering, entrants accept these conditions of entry.
    2. Promoter
    The Promoter is Ticketmaster Australasia Pty Ltd, ABN 49 089 258 837, of 111 Cambridge Street, Collingwood, Vic 3066.
    3. Promotional Period
    The promotion commences at 9.00am AWST on Saturday 21st March 2026 and closes at 11.59pm AWST on Saturday 4th April 2026 (Promotional Period).
    4. Eligibility
    Entries are open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
    5. How to enter
    To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period have successfully scanned either a valid Ticketmaster ticket, a valid Fremantle Football Club membership ticket or a valid West Coast Eagles Football Club membership ticket and entered Optus Stadium at least 1 hour prior to the advertised match start commencement time of either of the following events:
    · Fremantle v Melbourne on Saturday 21st March 2026
    · West Coast Eagles v North Melbourne on Sunday 22nd March 2026
    · Fremantle v Richmond on Saturday 28th March 2026
    · West Coast Eagles v Sydney Swans on Saturday 4th April.
    Incomplete, indecipherable or non-compliant entries will be deemed invalid.
    Multiple entries permitted.
    6. Prize(s)
    The total prize pool is valued at $4,000.
    Prize details: one $250 Ticketmaster gift card for a total of 16 winners.
    There will be four winners for each of the below matches, split between 2 winners who have scanned and entered on a valid Ticketmaster ticket, and 2 winners who have scanned and entered on a valid Fremantle Football Club membership ticket or a valid West Coast Eagles Football Club membership ticket:
    · Fremantle v Melbourne on Saturday 21st March 2026
    · West Coast Eagles v North Melbourne on Sunday 22nd March 2026
    · Fremantle v Richmond on Saturday 28th March 2026
    · West Coast Eagles v Sydney Swans on Saturday 4th April.
    Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter reserves the right to change the prize (or part of a prize) to one of equal or greater value at any time if the prize (or part thereof) becomes unavailable.

    7. Draw
    The draw will take place at 12.00pm AWST on the Wednesday following each match identified in Item 5, How to Enter (above) at Optus Stadium – 333 Victoria Park Drive, Burswood WA 6100.
    The winner(s) will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.
    8. Winner notification
    The winner(s) will be notified within 2 days of the draw by email, being the email address associated with the Ticketmaster ticket, Fremantle Football Club membership ticket or a valid West Coast Eagles Football Club membership ticket. Each winner’s name will be published at https://optusstadium.com.au/news on Friday 10th April 2026.
    9. Unclaimed prize draw
    If a prize is not claimed by 30th April 2026, the Promoter will conduct a redraw at 12.00pm AWST on Friday 1st May 2026 at Optus Stadium – 333 Victoria Park Drive, Burswood WA 6100, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements and any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner(s) of the redraw will be notified in the same manner as the original draw.
    If a winner is unable to accept the prize as awarded, the entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to treat the prize as unclaimed. In the event of a dispute of the identity of the drawn winner(s), the winner(s) will be the person(s) named in the purchase of tickets.
    10. Verification
    The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter reasonably believes has:
    (a) submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions;
    (b) tampered with, or benefited from tampering with, the entry process or the operation of the promotion;
    (c) engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion; or
    (d) submitted an entry that is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or not genuinely submitted by the entrant.
    Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
    If an entrant is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the entrant’s entry and/or award any applicable prize to the next valid entrant.
    11. Liability
    Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded.
    To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising in connection with this promotion or any prize (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss).
    12. Technical issues
    The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof.
    13. Cancellation and force majeure
    If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
    14. Privacy
    The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may disclose such information to third parties, including agents, contractors and service providers (which may include overseas recipients), for this purpose, and such disclosures may occur in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
    The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages, unless otherwise advised.
    Entrants can request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter. The Promoter’s privacy policy is available at https://privacy.ticketmaster.com.au/privacy-policy and contains information about how entrants may access or correct personal information, how complaints can be made, and whether information is disclosed overseas.
    15. General Conditions
    The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner for promotional purposes without remuneration.
    If this promotion is conducted via a social media platform, it is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, that platform.
    Any reference to dollars, $ or a monetary value in these terms and conditions is a reference to Australian dollars.
