  1. General
    1. Information on how to enter and on the prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not enter.
    2. If under 18 years of age, express permission of a parent/guardian is required before entering this competition and such parent/guardian agrees to these terms and conditions for and on behalf of the minor.
    3. The Promoter is Indian Pacific Limited (ABN 31 009 178 894) (trading as West Coast Eagles Football Club) of Mineral Resources Park, 42 Bishopsgate Street, Lathlain, WA, 6100 (Promoter or West Coast Eagles or WCE).
  2. Entry
    1. The competition commences at 2.30PM AWST on Saturday, April 4, 2026, and closes at 3.35PM AWST on Saturday, April 4, 2026 (Promotion Period).
    2. During the Promotion Period, West Coast Eagles 2026 Members who:
      • reside in Western Australia;
      • hold and maintain an eligible 2026 West Coast Eagles AFL Mens Membership; and
      • use their 2026 West Coast Eagles membership to scan in to the Round 4 match vs Sydney Swans at Optus Stadium (Match),
      (Eligible Entrant), will automatically be entered into this competition
    3. Failure to comply with any of the above requirements in clause 2.2 will automatically render an Entry to be invalid.
    4. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
    5. Employees and their immediate families, of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter or agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
    6. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the competition database and not at the time of transmission by the Entrant.
    7. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
    8. There is a limit of one Entry per person.
    9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of an Entry or an entrant, and to disqualify any entrant who manipulates, or attempts to manipulate, the system.
  3. Judging & Prizes
    1. The competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part.
    2. Following the Promotion Period, the draw will take place as follows:

    1. The Winners will be the first six (6) Eligible Entrants selected by the Promoter using an online random number generator.
    2. The prizes will be drawn and awarded in the order set out above.
    3. The Winners will be notified by SMS and/or email on the day of the draw.
    4. The Promoter reserves the right to select reserve entries.
    5. Once six (6) Winners have been selected and contacted by the Promoter, no further prizes will be awarded.
    6. The Promoter’s decision is final.
  4. Prize conditions
    1. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    2. The total prize value is $1790.
    3. If the Winner is under 18, the Prize may be awarded to a parent or guardian.
  5. Risk, Liability and Conduct
    1. The Promoter may require proof of age and identity.
    2. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by the Winner.
    3. The Promoter will not be liable for loss or damage except where required by law.
  6. Your Information
    1. Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with the West Coast Eagles Privacy Policy.

Game of Chance Terms and Conditions

  1. General

    Instructions, prizes and information on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry. By entering, entrants accept these conditions of entry.

  2. Promoter

    The Promoter is Ticketmaster Australasia Pty Ltd, ABN 49 089 258 837, of 111 Cambridge Street, Collingwood, Vic 3066.

  3. Promotional Period

    The promotion commences at 9.00am AWST on Saturday 21st March 2026 and closes at 11.59pm AWST on Saturday 4th April 2026 (Promotional Period).

  4. Eligibility

    Entries are open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.

  5. How to enter

    To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period have successfully scanned either a valid Ticketmaster ticket, a valid Fremantle Football Club membership ticket or a valid West Coast Eagles Football Club membership ticket and entered Optus Stadium at least 1 hour prior to the advertised match start commencement time.

  6. Prizes

    The total prize pool is valued at $4,000.

    Prize details: one $250 Ticketmaster gift card for a total of 16 winners.

  7. Draw

    The winner(s) will be drawn at random from all valid entries.

  8. Winner notification

    The winner(s) will be notified by email within two days of the draw.

  9. General Conditions

    The Promoter’s decision is final. All references to dollars are to Australian dollars.
