As a guest attending this event, I agree and consent to the following terms and conditions and willingly provide the following waiver. If I am attending this event with a minor, I warrant that I am the minor’s parent or legal guardian and that I have the authority to agree to these terms and conditions and give the consents below on behalf of myself and the minor.
In consideration for attending the event, I agree to participate at my own risk and accept responsibility for my own safety and personal possessions, and where applicable, the safety and personal possessions of the minor.
- I agree to follow all instructions provided by West Coast Eagles staff, representatives, or contractors while participating in the activity.
- I acknowledge and agree that I must not be intoxicated, including being under the influence of any illicit substance, at any time. Should it be determined at the absolute discretion of the West Coast Eagles that I am intoxicated, I/we may be removed from the bus and I will be responsible for sourcing alternative transportation at my own cost.
- I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that I/we arrive at any designated departure point on time. If I/we fail to do so, the bus may depart without me/us and I will be responsible for sourcing alternative transportation at my own cost.
- I understand that unless I purchase a package that includes match tickets, match tickets are not included, and I am responsible for ensuring that I/we hold a valid ticket to the match.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, I/we release, indemnify and continue to indemnify the West Coast Eagles, its directors, staff, players, members, contractors and agents from all responsibility or liability for any losses, damages, claims, actions, costs, expenses or liabilities whatsoever suffered or incurred by me or the minor arising out of my/our attendance at the event.
- I consent to my/our name, likeness, voice and biographical material being used for possible inclusion in future West Coast Eagles publications, including but not limited to the West Coast Eagles website, social media accounts and the West Coast Eagles Yearbook.
- All materials produced by the West Coast Eagles Football Club, and all rights therein including copyright and other intellectual property, shall be the sole and absolute property of the West Coast Eagles Football Club.
