TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Huddle Feedback Survey Competition
Tuesday, July 28 to Saturday, August 1
1. General
1.1 Information on how to enter and on the prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not enter.
1.2 The Promoter is Indian Pacific Limited (ABN 31 009 178 894) (trading as West Coast Eagles Football Club) of Mineral Resources Park, 42 Bishopsgate Street, Lathlain, WA, 6100 (Promoter or West Coast Eagles).
2. Entry
2.1 The competition commences at 9.00am AWST on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, and closes at 11.59pm AWST on Saturday, August 1, 2026 (Promotion Period).
2.2 Entry is open to individuals over the age of 18 years who:
- reside in Western Australia; and
- have completed, or complete during the Promotion Period, the Huddle Feedback survey at westcoasteagles.com.au (Entry)
(Eligible Entrant).
2.3 For the avoidance of doubt, individuals who completed the Huddle Feedback survey prior to the commencement of the Promotion Period are automatically entered into the competition, subject to meeting the eligibility requirements in these terms and conditions.
2.4 Failure to comply with any of the above requirements in clause 2.2 will automatically render an Entry to be invalid.
2.5 Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
2.6 Employees and their immediate families, of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter or agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
2.7 Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the competition database and not at the time of transmission by the Entrant. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or failure of transmission of any Entry.
2.8 Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
2.9 There is a limit of one Entry per person.
2.10 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of an Entry or an entrant, and to disqualify any entrant who manipulates, or attempts to manipulate, the system.
3. Judging
3.1 The competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part.
3.2 The first Eligible Entry selected by the Promoter using an online random number generator will win the First Prize.
3.3 The second Eligible Entry selected by the Promoter using an online random number generator will win the Second Chance Prize (the first and second prize winners are together referred to as the Winners).
3.4 The draw will take place at Mineral Resources Park, 42 Bishopsgate Street, Lathlain WA at 11.00am AWST on Monday, August 3, 2026.
3.5 The Winners will be notified by phone and/or email on the day of the draw.
3.6 The Promoter reserves the right to select reserve entries and record them in the order that they were selected, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant being selected.
3.7 All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the Winners. If a Winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours after the drawing date and time, the relevant Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will begin the process of contacting reserve entrants who will then become the applicable Winner.
3.8 Once the Winners have been selected and contacted by the Promoter, no further prizes will be awarded.
3.9 The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
4. Prize
4.1 There will be two (2) winners:
4.1.1 First prize is 2 (two) tickets to the Field Club at West Coast Eagles v Hawthorn, to be played at Optus Stadium in Round 24 of the 2026 Toyota AFL Premiership Season.
4.1.2 Second prize is 2 (two) tickets to West Coast Eagles v Hawthorn, to be played at Optus Stadium in Round 24 of the 2026 Toyota AFL Premiership Season, as well as 2 (two) places in the Guard of Honour which will take place prior to that match.
The first prize and second prize are collectively referred to as the Prizes.
4.2 A Prize, or any unused portion of a Prize, is not transferable to another date or person if a Winner is unavailable to attend the match or use any portion of a Prize. A Prize is not able to be exchanged for cash or alternative benefits. Should a Winner be found to not meet the entry requirements a Prize may be forfeited at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
4.3 A Prize (or any element of a Prize) may not be sold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, competition or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original recipient or any subsequent bearer. If a Prize is sold or used in breach of this condition the Prize may be withdrawn.
4.4 The total prize value for this competition is $1,196.
5. Risk, Liability and Conduct
5.1 The Promoter reserves the right to request that any Winner provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding a Prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. The Winners may be required to sign any form required by the Promoter including, without limitation, a legal release and indemnity form or a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept a Prize.
5.2 The Winners and their guests are required to comply with any and all reasonable requirements and instructions of the Promoter including without limitation the following. The Winners:
- must not be dressed in any opposition apparel including without limitation, guernseys, scarves, hoodies or face paint;
- must remain within any boundaries communicated by the Promoter or the AFL and must enter and exit the field of play in a timely manner and in accordance with all AFL requirements; and
- must not approach or impede any player, coach or official in any way.
5.3 Any failure by a Winner, or their guest, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter to comply with its reasonable requirements or instructions may result in forfeiture by the Winner of any part or all of a Prize.
5.4 The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by the Winners (or their guests) in collecting or using a Prize (or any portion of a Prize) including without limitation any damage incurred to the prize after it has been awarded and travel costs to obtain the Prize.

5.6 The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies (and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents) will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, claim, action, demand, liability, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever, which is suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation), (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any Prize (or part of the Prize), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permissible by law).
5.7 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
5.8 Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
6. Your Information
6.1 The Promoter collects personal information about all entrants, whether Eligible Entrants or not, to enable them to participate in this competition and for any other matter connected to or incidental to this purpose and the Promoter may disclose the personal information to third parties, or the Promoter’s contractors and agents, suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this competition or providing the Prize. By registering their interest, entrants agree to the Promoter using and disclosing their personal information for these purposes. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter the competition.
6.2 The Winners (and their guests) consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Competition, the match, or for any other related purpose at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
6.3 The entry form will provide entrants with the ability to ‘opt in’ to share and to allow the Promoter to use data. If consent is provided, personal information will be used and may be disclosed by the Promoter for the purposes of carrying out marketing, planning, product development and competition campaigns in any media. By opting in to provide personal information, the entrant (whether an Eligible Entrant or not) agrees to such use by the Promoter.
6.4 All personal information provided will be stored, used and may be disclosed by the West Coast Eagles in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at https://www.westcoasteagles.com.au/privacy-policy.
