Having trouble accessing your tickets through the West Coast Eagles App? Please see below for some additional information that may help.
TROUBLESHOOTING POINTS
- If you are seeing last year’s tickets, the ‘unable to refresh’ notification or the screen is flashing repeatedly, please uninstall and re-install the app from your phone and this will resolve the issue.
*Note: Ensure you uninstall and not just remove the icon from your screen - If you have successfully logged into your account but cannot see your tickets, you may have logged in using the wrong email address. It is important to use the email address attached to your West Coast Eagles account. This is the email address that you receive our communications to.
- If you have a Ticketmaster account in the same email address, enter this email address and your password. If you don’t remember your password, click Forgot Password.
- If you do not have a Ticketmaster account in this email address, click New to Ticketmaster? Sign Up.

*Note: if you have upgraded to a reserved seat at the game, your ticket will appear in the Ticketmaster or Ticketek account.
ACCESSING YOUR TICKETS ON THE WEST COAST EAGLES APP
If you haven’t already downloaded the official West Coast Eagles App, you can do so by visiting the App Store (for iPhones), or the Google Play Store (for Android devices). To download, click the applicable button.
The MY TICKETS button is the home for your 2024 West Coast Eagles tickets and you will be able to see all tickets for the season.
Your login details are the same as you use to manage your West Coast Eagles membership account.

If you prefer not to save to your wallet, simply click VIEW BARCODE on match day to gain access.
*Note: Avoid match day delays by saving your tickets to your phone’s wallet ahead of the match. We strongly recommend not leaving this until the last minute, in case you encounter problems, or connectivity issues on the day.
This is your mobile ticket and scannable QR code for entry. If you hold multiple tickets, simply scan your first ticket, then swipe the screen from right to left to reveal your other tickets for scanning.
