- Eligible participants who opt in will receive one (1) complimentary West Coast Eagles 2027 Royal Show Rewards Membership.
- The Royal Show Rewards Membership includes the benefits advertised by the Club at the time of registration, including access to member communications, selected discounts, partner offers and other benefits as determined by the Club.
- Membership benefits may be amended, substituted or withdrawn at the Club’s discretion.
- Membership is not transferable, refundable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
- Limit of one (1) complimentary Royal Show Rewards Core Membership per person.
- By claiming the offer, participants consent to receiving communications from the West Coast Eagles in accordance with the Club’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

1. General
1.1 Information on how to enter and on the prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not enter.
1.2 The Promoter is Indian Pacific Limited (ABN 31 009 178 894) (trading as West Coast Eagles Football Club) of Mineral Resources Park, 42 Bishopsgate Street, Lathlain, WA, 6100 (Promoter or West Coast Eagles).
2. Entry
2.1 The competition commences at 10:00am AWST Saturday 26 September 2026 and closes at 6:00pm AWST Saturday 3 October 2026 (Promotion Period).
2.2 During the Promotion Period, entry is open to individuals over the age of 18 years who:
2.2.1 reside in Western Australia;
2.2.2 attend the West Coast Eagles activation at the 2026 Perth Royal Show;
2.2.3 successfully complete registration for the West Coast Eagles Photo Booth experience;
2.2.4 opt in to become a Royal Show Rewards member via the competition entry process; and
2.2.5 accurately provide all information requested by the Promoter,
(Eligible Entrant).
2.3 Failure to comply with any of the above requirements in clause 2.2 will automatically render an Entry invalid.
2.4 Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
2.5 Employees and their immediate families, related companies of the Promoter or agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
2.6 Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the competition database and not at the time of transmission by the Entrant. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or failure of transmission of any Entry.
2.7 Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
2.8 There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person.
2.9 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of an Entry or an entrant, and to disqualify any entrant who manipulates, or attempts to manipulate, the system.
3. Prize Draw
3.1 The competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part.
3.2 The winner will be the first Eligible Entry selected by the Promoter using an online random number generator (Winner).
3.3 The draw will take place at Mineral Resources Park, 42 Bishopsgate Street, Lathlain WA at 10:00am AWST on Wednesday 7 October 2026.
3.4 The Winner will be notified by phone and/or email on the day of the draw.
3.5 The Promoter reserves the right to select reserve entries and record them in the order that they were selected in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant being selected.
3.6 All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the Winner. If the Winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours after the drawing date and time, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will begin the process of contacting reserve winners who will then become the Winner.
3.7 Once one Winner has been selected and contacted by the Promoter, no further prizes will be awarded.
3.8 The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
4. Prize
4.1 The Winner will receive the following:
4.1.1 One (1) West Coast Eagles AFLW Family Membership for the 2027 AFLW season;
4.1.2 One (1) West Coast Eagles Four-Game AFL Family Flexi Membership for the 2027 AFL Premiership Season;
4.1.3 Four (4) West Coast Eagles Bucket Hats; and
4.1.4 Four (4) Guard of Honour positions at a nominated West Coast Eagles home match, subject to availability and AFL requirements.
4.2 The above prize package is the Prize.
4.3 The Prize is not able to be exchanged for cash or alternative benefits. Should the Winner be found not to meet the entry requirements, the Prize may be forfeited at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
4.4 The Prize (or any element of the Prize) may not be sold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) or used for advertising, competition or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original recipient or any subsequent bearer. If a Prize is sold or used in breach of this condition, the Prize may be withdrawn.
4.5 The total prize value for this competition is $750.
5. Risk, Liability and Conduct
5.1 The Promoter reserves the right to request that the Winner provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding the Prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
5.2 The Winner and their guests are required to comply with any and all reasonable requirements and instructions of the Promoter and the AFL in relation to the Guard of Honour experience. Failure to comply with such requirements may result in forfeiture of that element of the Prize.
5.3 Any failure by the Winner, or their guest, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter to comply with its reasonable requirements or instructions may result in forfeiture by the Winner of any part or all of the Prize.
5.4 The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by the Winner in collecting or using the Prize (or any portion of the Prize) including without limitation any damage incurred to the Prize after it has been awarded and travel costs to obtain the Prize.
5.5 The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies (and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents) will not be liable for any loss, expense, claim, action, demand, liability, damage, personal injury or death suffered or sustained by any person or entity in connection with this competition or accepting or using any Prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
5.6 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
5.7 Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
6. Your Information
6.1 The Promoter collects personal information about all entrants to enable them to participate in this competition and may disclose that information to contractors, agents, suppliers and service providers assisting in conducting the competition or providing the Prize.
6.2 The Winner consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Competition or for any other related purpose at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
6.3 The entry form will provide entrants with the ability to opt in to share and allow the Promoter to use data for marketing, planning, product development and competition campaigns.
6.4 All personal information provided will be stored, used and may be disclosed by the West Coast Eagles in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at https://www.westcoasteagles.com.au/privacy-policy.
