1. General
1.1. Information on how to enter and on the prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not enter.
1.2. The Promoter is Indian Pacific Limited (ABN 31 009 178 894) (trading as West Coast Eagles Football Club) of Mineral Resources Park, 42 Bishopsgate Street, Lathlain, WA, 6100. (Promoter or West Coast Eagles).
2. Entry
2.1. The competition commences at 12:00pm AWST on Thursday July 3, 2025 and closes at 9:00am AWST on Tuesday August 19, 2025 (Promotion Period).
2.2. During the Promotion Period, entry is open to individuals over the age of 18 years who:
a. reside in Western Australia;
b. during the Promotion Period, hold and maintain the applicable 2025 West Coast Eagles membership as set out in the table in clause 3; and
c.
if required in accordance with the table in
clause 3, opt in to the draw for the applicable prize via https://tradablebits.com/tb_app/527714
(Eligible Entrant).
2.3. Failure to comply with any of the above requirements in clause 2.2 will automatically render an Entry to be invalid.
2.4. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
2.5. Employees and their immediate families, of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter or agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
2.6. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the competition database and not at the time of transmission by the Entrant. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or failure of transmission of any Entry.
2.7. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
2.8. There is a limit of one Entry per person except for those Eligible Entrants who are celebrating a milestone year of continuous membership in 2025, being their 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th or 30th year of continuous membership of the West Coast Eagles, these Eligible Entrants will be entered into the competition twice.
2.9. Once a Winner has received a Prize, they will not be eligible to win any further Prize during the Promotion Period.
2.10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of an Entry or an entrant, and to disqualify any entrant who manipulates, or attempts to manipulate, the system.
3. Judging & Prizes:
3.1. The competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part.

3.3. The Winner:
3.3.1. of each draw, except the Double Pass Draw, Boundary Rider Draw, the Guard of Honour Draw, and the Lathlain Tour Draw, will be the first Eligible Entrant selected by the Promoter using an online random number generator;
3.3.2. of the Double Pass Draw will be the first ten (10) Eligible Entrant s selected by the Promoter using an online random number generator;
3.3.3. of the Lathlain Tour Draw will be the first ten (10) Eligible Entrants selected by the Promoter using an online random number generator,
3.3.4. of the Boundary Rider Draw, will be the first ten (10) Eligible Entrants selected by the Promoter using an online random number generator,
3.3.5. of the Guard of Honour Draw, will be the first 25 Eligible Entrants selected by the Promoter using an online random number generator,
(each a Winner and collectively the Winners)
3.4. If more than one Prize is drawn on a particular date, the prizes will be drawn in the order set out in the above table
3.5. the Winner will be notified by phone and/or email on the day of the applicable draw;
3.6. the Promoter reserves the right to select reserve entries in each draw and record them in the order that they were selected, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant being selected.
3.7. all reasonable attempts will be made to contact each Winner. If a Winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours after the applicable drawing date and time, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will begin the process of contacting reserve winners who will then become the Winner.
3.8. For each draw, once the Winner or Winners have been selected and contacted by the Promoter, no further prizes will be awarded.
3.9. The Promoter s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
4.
Prize conditions
4.1. The Prize, or any portion of the Prize, is not transferable to another date or person if the Winner is unavailable to attend the Match or use any portion of the Prize. The Prize is not able to be exchanged for cash or alternative benefits. Should the Winner be found to not meet the entry requirements the Prize may be forfeited at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
4.2. the Prize (or any element of the Prize) may not be sold or offered for resale at a premium (including via-online auction sites) or used for advertising, competition or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original recipient or any subsequent bearer. If a Prize is sold or used in breach of this condition the Prize may be withdrawn.
4.3. The total prize value for this competition is $ 7,440
5. Risk,
Liability and Conduct
5.1. The Promoter reserves the right to request that the Winner provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding the Prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. The Winner may be required to sign any form required by the Promoter including, without limitation, a legal release and indemnity form or a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the Prize.
5.2. The Winners and, if applicable, their guest are/is required to comply with any and all reasonable requirements and instructions of the Promoter including without limitation the following. The Winners:
a. must arrive at any applicable meeting point at the time communicated by the Promoter, some Prize elements are subject to strict timing requirements and any failure by a Winner to comply with any timing requirements may result in the Winner being unable to partake in the Prize;
b. must not be dressed in any opposition apparel including without limitation, guernseys, scarves, hoodies or face paint;
c. if taking part in a match day experience, must remain within any boundaries communicated by the Promoter or the AFL; and must not approach or impede any player, coach or official in any way.
5.3. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by the Winner or their guest in collecting or using the Prize (or any portion of the Prize) including without limitation any damage incurred to the prize after it has been awarded and travel costs to obtain the Prize.
5.4. If the Prize contains tickets to a match at Optus Stadium the Winner and their guest agree to comply with the Optus Stadium Conditions of Entry located at https://resources.afl.com.au/afl/document/2023/01/25/ad8ed12f-1991-4ec9-9f8a-0a2af12d31a5/AFL-Ticket-and-Entry-Conditions-2023.pdf
5.5. the Winner of the Team Flight Draw acknowledges and agrees:
5.5.1. all flights included in the Prize are subject to Virgin Australia s Conditions of Carriage available on their website at https://www.virginaustralia.com/au/en/about-us/policies/legal/conditions-of-carriage/)
5.5.2. luggage is limited to 1 x 7kg carry-on bag per person; and
5.5.3. flight times may be subject to change without notice at the absolute discretion of the airline and it is the Winner s responsibility to ensure that they and their guest are on time for any and all flights.
5.6. Any failure by a Winner, or their guest, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter to comply with its reasonable requirements or instructions may result in forfeiture by the Winner of any part or all of the Prize.
5.7. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies (and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents) will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, claim, action, demand, liability, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever, which is suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation), (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any Prize (or part of the Prize), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permissible by law).
5.8. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition , the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition .
5.9. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
6. Your
Information
6.1. Each Winner consents to their name and postcode being displayed on the WCE website and social media pages.
6.2. The Promoter collects personal information about all entrants, whether Eligible Entrants or not, to enable them to participate in this competition and for any other matter connected to or incidental to this purpose and the Promoter may disclose the personal information to third parties, or the Promoters contractors and agents, suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this competition or providing the Prize. By registering their interest, entrants agree to the Promoter using and disclosing their personal information for these purposes. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter the competition.
6.3. The Winner (and their guest if applicable) consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Competition, the Match, or for any other related purpose at the Promoter s sole discretion.
6.4. The entry form will provide entrants with the ability to opt in to share and to allow the Promoter to use data. If consent is provided, personal information will be used and may be disclosed by the Promoter for the purposes of carrying out marketing, planning, product development and competition campaigns in any media. By opting in to provide personal information, the entrant (whether an Eligible Entrant or not) agrees to such use by the Promoter.
