TERMS AND CONDITIONS

VICTORIAN RENEWAL TO WIN AMPHORA

Promotion Period: 16.04.26 – 22.04.26

1. General

1.1 Information on how to enter and on the prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not enter.

1.2 The Promoter is Indian Pacific Limited (ABN 31 009 178 894) trading as the West Coast Eagles Football Club of Mineral Resources Park, 42 Bishopsgate Street, Lathlain WA 6100 (Promoter or West Coast Eagles).

2. Entry

2.1 The competition commences at 2.00pm AWST on Thursday, 16 April 2026 and closes at 8.59am AWST on Wednesday, 22 April 2026 (Promotion Period).

2.2 During the Promotion Period, entry is open to individuals over the age of 18 years who:

2.2.1 reside in Victoria; and

2.2.2 renew their West Coast Eagles membership for 2026 as per the terms on their issued invoice (Entry)

(each an Eligible Entrant).

2.3 Failure to comply with any of the above requirements in clause 2.2 will automatically render an Entry invalid.

2.4 Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

2.5 Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter or agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

2.6 Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the competition database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or failure of transmission of any Entry.

2.7 Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.

2.8 There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person.

2.9 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of an Entry or an entrant and to disqualify any entrant who manipulates or attempts to manipulate the system.

3. Judging

3.1 The competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part.

3.2 The winner will be the first Eligible Entry selected by the Promoter using an online random number generator (Winner).

3.3 The draw will take place at Mineral Resources Park, 42 Bishopsgate Street, Lathlain WA at 10.00am AWST on Wednesday, 22 April 2026.

3.4 The Winner will be notified by phone and/or email on the day of the draw.

3.5 The Promoter reserves the right to select reserve entries and record them in the order they were selected in case of an invalid Entry or ineligible entrant being selected.

3.6 All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the Winner. If the Winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours after the draw, the Prize will be forfeited and reserve winners may be contacted.

3.7 Once one (1) Winner has been selected and contacted, no further prizes will be awarded.

3.8 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.

4. Prize

4.1 The Winner will receive:

4.1.1 Two (2) complimentary tickets to a pre‑match function at Marvel Stadium’s Amphora Bar before the Round 7 match of St Kilda v West Coast Eagles on Sunday, 26 April 2026 (Prize).

4.2 The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable to another date or person, is not redeemable for cash or alternative benefits and may be forfeited if the Winner does not meet entry requirements.

4.3 The Prize or any part of the Prize must not be sold, offered for resale, used for advertising, competitions or other commercial purposes. Any breach may result in the Prize being withdrawn.

4.4 The total prize value is $190.

5. Risk, Liability and Conduct

5.1 The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and identity and may require the Winner to sign any documentation required, including a legal release or indemnity.

5.2 The Winner and guest must comply with all reasonable requirements and instructions of the Promoter, including:

5.2.1 arriving at the meeting point at the time communicated; and

5.2.2 not approaching or impeding any player, coach or official.

5.3 Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of all or part of the Prize.

5.4 The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred in collecting or using the Prize, including travel or damage after the Prize is awarded.

5.5 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death suffered in connection with this competition or use of the Prize.

5.6 If the competition cannot run as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

5.7 Failure by the Promoter to enforce any rights does not constitute waiver of those rights.

6. Your Information

6.1 The Promoter collects personal information to administer the competition and may disclose it to third parties involved in conducting the competition or providing the Prize.

6.2 The Winner and guest consent to the use of their name, image and likeness for promotional purposes without remuneration.

6.3 Entrants may opt in to marketing communications. Where consent is given, personal information may be used for marketing, planning and promotional campaigns.

6.4 All personal information will be handled in accordance with the West Coast Eagles Privacy Policy available at www.westcoasteagles.com.au/privacy-policy.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLAYER CALLS INITIATIVE

1. General

1.1 Information on how this initiative operates forms part of these terms and conditions. Participation in the Player Calls initiative constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1.2 Calls are not guaranteed. While the Club will make reasonable efforts to contact registered members, player availability and time constraints may prevent calls being completed.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participation in this initiative is available to West Coast Eagles 2025/26 members who register via the official registration form.

2.2 Registration does not guarantee a call will be received.

3. Call Process

3.1 Calls will be attempted on Tuesday, 21 April between 1:15pm and 2:15pm AWST (Call Window).

3.2 Members will receive one (1) call attempt only. Missed calls may not be retried.

3.3 Calls may appear from a private or unknown phone number.

3.4 Player participation is subject to training schedules, media commitments and other football department requirements.

3.5 In the event of late changes to player availability, another Club representative may attempt to make contact instead.

4. Technical Limitations

4.1 Network issues, carrier-related disruptions or other technical factors may impact the Club’s ability to successfully connect with members.

4.2 The Club is not responsible for missed calls due to poor reception, Do Not Disturb (DND) settings, call‑blocking applications or similar technologies.

5. Changes and Cancellation

5.1 The Club reserves the right to amend, reschedule or cancel the Call Window at any time due to operational requirements or football department priorities.

5.2 In the event of material changes, the Club will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members where possible.
