1. General
1.1. Information on how to enter and on the prizes form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not enter.
1.2. If under 18 years of age, express permission of a parent/guardian is required before entering this competition.
1.3. The Promoter is Indian Pacific Limited (ABN 31 009 178 894) (trading as West Coast Eagles Football Club) of Mineral Resources Park, 42 Bishopsgate Street, Lathlain, WA, 6100. (Promoter or West Coast Eagles).
2. Entry
2.1. The competition commences at 3.30PM AWST on Saturday, August 23, 2025, and closes at 5.35PM AWST on Saturday, August 23, 2025, (Promotion Period).
2.2. During the Promotion Period, West Coast Eagles 2025 Members who:
a. reside in Western Australia;
b. hold and maintain the applicable 2025 West Coast Eagles AFL Mens Membership Requirement as set out in the table in clause 3; and
c. use their 2025 West Coast Eagles membership to scan in to the Round 24 match vs Sydney Swans at Optus Stadium (Match),
(Eligible Entrant), will automatically be entered into this competition
2.3. Failure to comply with any of the above requirements in clause 2.2 will automatically render an Entry to be invalid.
2.4. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
2.5. Employees and their immediate families, of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter or agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
2.6. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the competition database and not at the time of transmission by the Entrant. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or failure of transmission of any Entry.
2.7. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
2.8. There is a limit of one Entry per person.
2.9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of an Entry or an entrant, and to disqualify any entrant who manipulates, or attempts to manipulate, the system.
3. Judging & Prizes:
3.1. The competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part.

3.3. The winner of each draw will be as follows:
a) the Club 87 draw & the Blue and Gold Terrace draw, will be the first two (2) Eligible Entrants in each draw selected by the Promoter;
b) the Optus Stadium concert ticket and experience draws will be the first Eligible Entrant in each draw selected by the Promoter; and
c) all other draws will be the first four (4) Eligible Entrants in each draw selected by the Promoter,
(each a Winner and collectively the Winners).
3.4. Winners will be drawn by the Promoter using an online random number generator.
3.5. The prizes will be drawn in the order set out in the above table
3.6. The Winners will be notified by SMS and/or email on the day of the draw;
3.7. The Promoter reserves the right to select reserve entries and record them in the order that they were selected, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant being selected.
3.8. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the Winners. If a Winner cannot be contacted within 7 days after the drawing date and time, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will begin the process of contacting reserve winners who will then become the Winner.
3.9. For each draw, once the Winner or Winners have been selected and contacted by the Promoter, no further prizes will be awarded.
3.10. The Promoter s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
4.
Prize conditions
4.1. The Prize is not able to be exchanged for cash or alternative benefits, or transferred to a different party. The membership category Prize will be applied to the Winners West Coast Eagles membership for the 2026 season:
a) Should the Winner upgrade their category of membership in 2026 for whatever reason, the Winner is responsible for any price difference between their new membership amount and the prize amount.
b) Should the Winner decrease their membership category in 2026, any discrepancy between the prize amount and their new membership category will be provided to the Winner in the form of club credits, to be used on future membership renewals and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
c) Should the Winner decide to cancel their membership for the 2026 season, the prize amount will be applied to the account of the Winner in the form of club credits, to be used on future membership renewals and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits
4.2. Should the Winner be found to not meet the entry requirements the Prize may be forfeited at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
4.3. the Prize (or any element of the Prize) may not be sold or offered for resale at a premium (including via-online auction sites) or used for advertising, competition or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original recipient or any subsequent bearer. If a Prize is sold or used in breach of this condition the Prize may be withdrawn.
4.4. The total prize value for this competition is $23, 932.73 ex GST
4.5. If the Winner is under 18, the Prize may be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the entrant registering in the competition on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
5. Risk,
Liability and Conduct
5.1. The Promoter reserves the right to request that the Winner provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding the Prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. The Winner may be required to sign any form required by the Promoter including, without limitation, a legal release and indemnity form or a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the Prize.
5.2. Any failure by the Winner, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter to comply with its reasonable requirements or instructions may result in forfeiture by the Winner of any part or all of the Prize.
5.3. The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by the Winner in collecting or using the Prize (or any portion of the Prize) including without limitation any damage incurred to the prize after it has been awarded and travel costs to obtain the Prize.
5.4. If the Prize contains tickets to an Optus Stadium event, the Winner and their guest agree to comply with the Optus Stadium Conditions as per https://optusstadium.com.au/legal/conditions-of-entry
5.5. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies (and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents) will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, claim, action, demand, liability, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever, which is suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation), (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any Prize (or part of the Prize), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permissible by law).
5.6. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition , the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition .
5.7. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
6. Your
Information
6.1. The Promoter collects personal information about all entrants, whether Eligible Entrants or not, to enable them to participate in this competition and for any other matter connected to or incidental to this purpose and the Promoter may disclose the personal information to third parties including the Sponsor, or the Promoters contractors and agents, suppliers and service providers to assist in conducting this competition or providing the Prize. By registering their interest, entrants agree to the Promoter using and disclosing their personal information for these purposes. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter the competition.
6.2. The Winner consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Competition, the Match or the relationship with the Sponsor, or for any other related purpose at the Promoter s sole discretion.
6.3. All personal information provided will be stored, used and may be disclosed by the West Coast Eagles in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at www.westcoasteagles.com.au/privacy-policy
