UNRENEWED:

  • The promotion commences at 11.00am AWST on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 and closes at 11.59pm AWST on Monday, August 17, 2026 (Promotion Period).
  • During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals who renew a Baby Eagles, Ricks Rascals, Ricks Rookies, Eagles Rising Stars, In The Wings, or 4-Game Flexi membership for the 2027 season, and pay an additional $1, will receive:
    • Membership benefits applicable to that product category for the remainder of the 2026 season;
    • Two (2) tickets to the West Coast Eagles Member Thank You Round match against Hawthorn at Optus Stadium on Sunday, 23 August 2026;
    • Access to participate in the West Coast Eagles Member Scavenger Hunt at Optus Stadium; and
    • One (1) $25 West Coast Eagles SuperStore voucher.
  • Eligible individuals who renew their 2027 West Coast Eagles membership within the first 24 hours of the Promotion Period will receive bonus clues relating to the West Coast Eagles Member Scavenger Hunt.
  • Participation in the West Coast Eagles Member Scavenger Hunt is available only to eligible members attending the Round 24 match.
  • Winners of prizes available through the West Coast Eagles Member Scavenger Hunt will be determined by locating designated prize items within the venue. No purchase or entry form is required beyond attendance at the match and participation in the activation.
  • Prizes available through the West Coast Eagles Member Scavenger Hunt may include signed merchandise and membership-related prizes as determined by the West Coast Eagles.
  • Where a prize consists of two (2) Reserved Seat memberships for the 2027 season and the winner already holds Reserved Seat memberships for the 2026 season, the West Coast Eagles will waive the membership fees associated with those memberships for the 2027 season.
  • Where a prize consists of two (2) memberships for the 2027 season and the winner does not hold eligible Reserved Seat memberships, the West Coast Eagles may award two (2) new memberships for the 2027 season in a category and of a value determined by the West Coast Eagles in its absolute discretion, subject to availability.
  • Any right to renew memberships awarded as a prize beyond the 2027 season, including for the 2028 season, will be determined by the West Coast Eagles in its absolute discretion.
  • Scavenger Hunt prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise required by law.
  • The West Coast Eagles reserves the right to substitute a prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.
  • The number, nature and value of prizes available through the West Coast Eagles Member Scavenger Hunt may vary and are determined by the West Coast Eagles in its absolute discretion.
  • Eligible membership products over $35 are included in this promotion; products included are Baby Eagles, Ricks Rascals, Ricks Rookies, Eagles Rising Stars, In the Wings and 4-Game Flexi. In The Wings $5 Add-Ons are not included.
  • Eligible members will receive one allocation of two (2) tickets to Round 24, per eligible membership renewed.
  • The allocation of Round 24 tickets available under this promotion is capped at five hundred (500) double passes (1,000 tickets in total). Ticket allocations will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
  • The seating category, location and value of tickets issued as part of this promotion will be determined by the West Coast Eagles in its absolute discretion.
  • Tickets issued as part of this promotion are subject to venue entry conditions and availability. Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred for cash, or substituted unless required by law.
  • The $25 West Coast Eagles SuperStore voucher is subject to any applicable voucher terms and conditions and expiry date specified at the time of issue.
